Introduction to foreign legal systems
Introduction to several important jurisdictions focussing on sources of law, law enforcement, legal education. legal professions, sources of information. Jurisdictions covered include: Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, UK, US
The class will be held online until Easter, starting with a live online session on March 8 via Zoom (link on OLAT). The further course elements will be explained in that first session.
