Learning Outcome:

The aim is, to point out the meaning of law for the acquaintance and administration of spaces, meant as a historical-cultural, international, supranational and national facto of public law

Contents:

The development of the law of spaces, beginning with the law of measurement and the law of state territories, ending with the national guarantee of the ownership of ground and the legal possibilities to make restrictions to the owner.

Methods:

Speech, whilst sociological, historical, cultural and legal aspects are discussed.
