Learning how to deal with selected topics independently, especially with regard to (later) writing a diploma thesis or dissertation
Selected issues from the field of law and innovation, legal theory and philosophy of law
Presentation of independently developed scientific research results and their discussion with other students under the guidance of the lecturer
The students are assessed on the basis of the presentation given and the written work submitted afterwards and the oral contributions to the discussion
Will be discussed during the first course
