Critical  Assessment of the most prominent approaches of Digital Transformation in corporations, in health care and in Education/administration. Knowledge of the most important key models of leadership and OD vis a vis Digital Transformation - knowledge and application/practice of the most relevant concepts of OD, Leadership - Leadership systems, Exercises concerning „Humble Inquiry“ and Diagnosis of Systems and Transformation or change projects, application and practice of case clinics, Group presentations of topics concerning OD and DT.

Digital Transformation (DT) of corporations, administration and education is the big topic today. It is a purely technological innovation, which has to do with automating  and informating. What is its content? Examples of DTransformation in different areas: corporations (automobile, Telecomm., Health industry) and Education/government. What are the core competencies of good leadership („Humble Leadership“, Leadership systems)? How does Transformation look like? Basic models of OD. What are all the Hypes about: Disruptive innovation- agile systems - New work - Holacracy - collaborative systems . The answers of OD: Humble Inquiry - group dynamics - WST - Preferred Futuring. The art of change.OD as an art and a practice
