Deepening of knowledge and gain practical experience representing a party in a mock audit process.

In three half-day lecture blocks the legal problems underlying the individual "cases" shall be discussed.

Lecture, case discussion, working on practical cases in small groups with supervision;

assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

The best-rated team is expected to compete against the teams of the other Austrian law faculties during the spring semester.

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

sound knowlede of Austrian private law; at least basic knowledge of civil procedure is highly recommended

For participation on a regional level, 6 ECTS points are accredited.

If students qualify for and participate in the national finals (Franz von Zeiller – Moot Court aus Zivilrecht Bundesfinale), 8 ECTS points are awarded in total
