Basic knowledge of Austrian, Liechtenstein and international arbitration law, comparison with state proceedings.

Fundamentals and basic concepts of arbitration law, taking into account international rules and developments. Legal comparison with Liechtenstein arbitration and civil procedure law.

Lecture with discussion.

According to the number of participants the course examination will be oral or written.

Current edition of the Austrian Civil Procedure Act.

Basic knowledge of civil procedure law.

A guest lecture with a panel discussion will be held virtually as part of the course. Otherwise depending on the covid situation.
