Learning Outcome:

The lecture imparts basic knowledge and the fundamentals of business law as part of the preparation for the Diplom-, Gesamt-, Fachprüfung „Unternehmens-, Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht“.

Contents:

This lecture deals with the essential aspects of general business öae: types of entrepreneurs, company and commercial register law, entrepreneurial representation law, transfer of businesses.

In addition, accounting rules and business-related transactions as well as industrial property rights, unfair competition and antitrust law will be covered.

Methods:

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
