The course deals with principals of Corporate Law and aims at preparing students for the exam “Commercial, Corporate and Securities Law”.

As part of the mandatory subject “Commercial, Corporate and Securities Law” the course gives an overview of Corporate Law, especially in the fields of formation, liquidation, structure and external relations of corporations.

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
