The course aims at preparing students for the exam “commercial, corporate and capital markets law”.

Concentrated and intensive repetition of the test content.

Concentrated and intensive repetition on the basis of short cases and questions about the content relevant to the test.

Students who have attended regularly and have not been absent for more than one fifth of the hours will be awarded the certificate "attended with success" (0.5 ECTS).

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
