Learning Outcome:

Basic knowledge of the course of legal protection proceedings under public procurement law; special knowledge (incl case law) of individual procedural features.

Contents:

The students participating in the Moot Court are supervised during the proceedings by Prof. Müller and a renowned practice partner (CHG RAe). The Moot Court not only opens up valuable insights into practice, but also makes it possible to establish contacts with members of other universities and representatives of practice.

Remarks:

Only for participants of the Moot Court. Application possible until 16.9.2022.
