223056 VO Pastoral People and Contexts: When nothing remains as it was. Church between planning and unavailability.
summer semester 2023 | Last update: 19.06.2023 | Place course on memo listStudents will be able to analyze a central topic of the subject Pastoral Theology, the situation and future of the Catholic Church, and to draft well-founded independent options and perspectives.
In disruptive times, what will become of the classical ecclesial social forms, what will become of the role bearers of pastoral ministry, and what can we (still) orient ourselves to?
Relevant social processes, relevant theological normativities and the concrete precarious situation of church social forms and their actors are the focus of this lecture. Because it is true: Nothing remains as it was: in the meantime it is noticeable everywhere.
Lecture with constitutive discussion section, preparatory and accompanying required reading will be provided.
Oral exam (online), written exam
