The students understand the very project of metaphysics as a general theory of reality, its core concepts and its relations to other scholarly disciplines as well as to our all-day practices. 

Introduction to the core topics of classical metaphysics, its peculiarities as a scholarly discipline, and contemporary discussions on its potentials and limitations.

Lecture with discussion. The lecture will be in presence mode, in case of deteriorating epidemiological conditions it will also be recorded or transferred to the internet. Students who cannot attend for medical reasons are requested to contact the instructor.
