- The students know the discussions about the connections between law - power - gender.
- The students know the potentials of law in maintaining/reshaping these interrelationships and can critically reflect on them.
- The students have an overview of Austrian anti-discrimination and equality law in relation to gender.
The legal, social and ethical questions of the connections between law - power - gender are presented and critically examined. In particular, reference is made to intersectional critiques of law and emancipatory mobilisations of law in physical and digital spaces.
