Knowledge of the eras and their manifestation in architechture and other fields as well as of the most important events and personalities of Austrian cultural history.

Discussion of the most important facts of Austrian cultural history (different fields) and visits (individually or as a group) of important monuments and places in and around Innsbruck as an illustration of the course contents.

Lecture and visits of monuments.

Oral exam at the end of the semester (two repetitions possible).

Will be communicated in our lessons.

Positive participation in module 4 is a prerequisite for this course.

Until successful completion of the entrance and orientation phase of studies (StEOP), students may not acquire more than a maximum of 22 ECTS points overall.
