323193 RE Moderated Study Group - Examination Date May
summer semester 2024 | Last update: 30.04.2024 | Place course on memo listStudents who wish to prepare effectively for the diploma examination in labor law and social security law in May may choose to attend the moderated learning group, investing a period of about two months in their preparation, so that the successful completion of the diploma examination becomes easier.
In terms of content, the moderated learning group discusses those areas of the learning material that cause particular problems during the learning progress.
A study plan will be provided. For every week, it indicates chapters from the recommended study literature, which should be studied by the participants in the respective weeks. The moderated learning group, which purposely consists of only a small group of participants, meets in a 14-day rhythm in order to experience a collective learning progress, eliminate difficulties in understanding the learning material and discuss problems that arise. The prerequisite is that the participating students get actively involved in the learning process.
There is no separate examination in the moderated learning group. Regular attendance is necessary for a "attended with success".
The literature corresponds to the recommended study literature for the diploma examination in labor law and social security law.
The number of participants is limited to six law students who wish to prepare effectively for the May date.
