Clarification of questions posed by students that may arise during the preparation for the examination.

The revision course is intended to aid students during the preparation for the examination, without an assessment at the end of the lecture. Questions that are posed by students and which may arise during the preparation for the examination shall be solved together in an exam-oriented manner.

Intensive course; blocked seminar in the week leading up to the examination date October 2024

Students who have attended regulary and have not been absent for more than one fifth of the hours will be awarded the certificate "attended with success" (O.5 ECTS).

Reissner, Lern- und Übungsbuch Arbeitsrecht, 6th edition 2020;
Burger/Mair/Wachter, Sozialrecht Basics, 7th edition 2024;
furthermore, a current edition of a legal text collection is required.
