Applications of systems biology based techniques

Use of large data sets. Graphical depiction of large data sets. Analyses of DNA, RNA, protein sequences and structures. Analyses of post-translational modifications. Analyses of molecular interactions. Use of systems biology based analysis tools. Analyses of evolutionary connections.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations".
