- The students know the discussions about the connections between law - power - gender.
- The Students have an overview of legal gender studies and Austrian anti-discrimination and equality law.
- Students are familiar with legal issues of particular importance for social inequality.
On the basis of Austrian law, questions of the connection between law - power - gender are critically analyzed. In particular, reference is made to intersectional critiques of law and emancipatory mobilisations of law in physical and digital spaces.
