winter semester 2024/2025 | Last update: 02.10.2024 | Place course on memo listWe will be working on a book translation project together with colleagues from Vienna and Graz. This will help you to further your project management and collaborative translation skills.

It is an interesting family story with three main plot lines. Each translation department will be translating one of them.
The course will consist of text analysis, translation and peer review sessions. We will be inviting the author himself to discuss the text with us, and there will be one event in which you will be able to meet our colleagues from Graz and Vienna.
Continuous assessment.
This course is organised as a workshop. (Hence the longer sessions. We will of course be having breaks in between.)
In order to be admitted to this course, you need to be a registered MA student at the LFU.
Students from all specialisations are welcome to join this exciting project in literary translation.
