- outline and discuss the concerns of nutrition policy with regard to current developments in society.
- plan, support, document and evaluate projects and reflect their subject-didactical relevance.
Compulsory Module 4: Public Health (5 ECTS-Credits; 3 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: Graduates of this module
- describe and analyse the intellectual, physical, psychological and social conditions of illness and their systemic links.
- expand their competences in the field of coaching and counselling and reflect on their subject-didactical relevance.
Compulsory Module 5: Nutritional Communication II (5 ECTS-Credits; 3 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: Graduates of this module
- describe and evaluate concepts for changing behaviour based on current research findings.
- outline and assess evaluation measures of health and nutrition projects and their results.
- critically deal with teaching materials in a scientifically sound way and evaluate school books based on scientific and subject-didactically relevant aspects.
