Elective module 2: Slavonic Languages, Literatures and Cultures in Eastern, Central and South-Eastern Europe (10 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)

Learning Outcome: Students are able to present and explain the history and developing tendencies of Slavonic languages, as well as important aspects of the history and cultures of East-/Central- and South-East Europe. Students are able to name and interpret applications of literary and cultural research. They are able to deal with specific tasks in literary and cultural work. Students are able to exemplary characterise cultures and societies of East, Central and South-East Europe. They are able to assess the media landscape in Russia, East, Central and South-East Europe and to use their knowledge for finding solutions to specific problems.
