Learning Outcome:

Students have basic theoretical and experimental knowledge of plasma physics, diagnosis and technology, dealing with the corresponding plasma apparatus and plasma technology application in material and nanosciences. They learn the calculation of functional thin film systems, different deposition techniques and control the material properties of the product they produce.

Contents:

Introduction to plasma-technology, -technology and -diagnostics, basics of plasma chemistry, plasma methods for the synthesis of new materials
