winter semester 2019/2020 | Last update: 25.11.2024 | Place course on memo listAqcuisition of basic knowledge in the field of inclusion in educational contexts; insights into national and international developments; institutional dynamics and legal regulations of inclusive instruction; development of an understanding of the relationship between social disparity and success at school.
This lecture deals with the theoretical and conceptual basics of inclusion in educational contexts. Influences of social disparity and differences, such as the social background, the cultural background, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age and disabilities, on educational processes will be discussed. Key concepts and insights into issues in the context of inclusion in pedagogy (justice in education, intersectionality) will be mediated. Furthermore, the history of integration, models of inclusion, and legal regulations of inclusive education (i.e. national laws) will be discussed.
