Understanding the socio-cultural context and the psychodynamics of sexualized violence against minors and their gender dimensions.
- Looking at the different situations of children and adolescents affected by violence
- Different forms of violence
- Perception of different cultural contexts
- Getting to know the individual and system-specific dynamics involved
- Risk factors and protective factors
- Examination of gender-specific factors in violence against minors
- Correlation of gender roles and violent behavior
- Specifically address cases of abuse in the institutional context
- Research on facilities for those affected and their relatives as well as prevention, intervention, victim and perpetrator work
- Getting to know the legal framework in church and state
- Theoretical dispute on power and violence as a psychosocial phenomenon with the underlying sociocultural, religious and personal factors
- Theological-ethical examination of violence against minors
- Approaches to creating non-violent spaces for children and adolescents
Introduction to the subject, research, independent developement of topics, papers, self-reflection, working in small groups, group discussion.
