Improvement of sports performance in the selected sports, application of sport-scientific
knowledge for performance optimization, didactic-methodical procedure
for different performance groups, critical reflection of health effects
Optimizing your body skills in jumping, running and throwing, technique analysis, training methods, Biomechanics of the disciplines, methodic knowledge of how to teach athletics
continuous assessment (based on the regular written and/or oral contribution by participants)
General tests os skill level and performance evaluation. Evaluationof written and oral performances according to topics discussed in the course
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
