Familiarisation with rules relating to gender, sex and sexuality
The rules regarding marriage, maintenance, parent-child relationship as well as criminal and employment law are fields of law which have an influence on our every day life and decisions. Which rules apply to sexuality, prostitution, maintenance and custody?
The lessons are frontal, the active participation of students is desired
attendance and written examination
will be given in the lecture
