Gender law breaks out of traditional ways of looking at gender issues within law. The law's conventional approach to gender issues has focused on gender difference.
The lecture is not only about female rights or anti discrimination rights, but to reimagine the content of rights and recognize the limitations of our law system.
Parts of the basics of the Austrian legal order will be illustrated by the instructor, afterwards they will be discussed jointly with the participants.
