Students will be able to understand and use different theories in the context of gender and organisation. They can identify and analyse problems deriving from gendered organisations.
- Theoretical concepts of gender and organisation
-Gendered organisation (sub)structures, cultures and relationships
- Overt and covert discrimination
- Methods to study gender, work and organisation
Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Successful completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 Z 2 and 3
The seminar starts together with the lecture on april 26th, 8.00 am.
