Course Aims
make students aware of the role that pronunciation and especially intonation play in communication;
systematization of the students knowledge of Italian phonetics (open and closed vowels,voiced and unvoiced consonants, double consonants);
hone pronunciation skills through recognition and discrimination exercises, make students aware of different intonation;
learn to use intonation in a meaningful way to express moods and emotions.

Interactive method (whit the use of computer).

Exercises either in group or individual listening and reading .

The teaching material will be delivered time by time by the teacher and made available on OLAT and/or through photocopies.

Having passed the orientation test at the beginning of the semester.

The detailed program of the course will be delivered at the beginning of the semester.

The course will start at the second week of the semester.
