Acquisition of knowledge on the different forms of historic display and the skills to present historic relations on site and to deconstruct display formats.

Plans include visiting the Nazi Party Rally Grounds, the Nuremberg Trials Memorial and the German National Museum in Nuremberg, the Jewish Museum Franconia in Fürth, the Villa Wahnfried and the festival grounds in Bayreuth, the concentration camp memorial in Flossenbürg and the German-German Museum in Mödlareuth.

Guided tour and/or lecture from the field trip leaders; provision of information material and oral presentations by the student; discussion on site.

Permanent participation, oral presentation with paper.

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

Positive assessment of compulsory module 1 (in the bachelor´s programme).

The course has to be attended together with course 622030.
