Students will be able to understand and use different theories in the context of gender and organisation. They can identify and analyse problems deriving from gendered organisations.
- Theoretical concepts of gender and organisation -Gendered organisation (sub)structures, cultures and relationships - Overt and covert discrimination - Methods to study gender, work and organisation

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
