They will be able to reflect on their role and to structure challenging educational environments. The doctoral students will possess the expertise and flexibility to successfully manage complex teaching situations.
Planning a course based on current curricula. Individual focus (voice and speech training, lecturing, presentation and visualisation, communication and conflict, E-Campus basics and advanced skills, didactics, case studies, advising, legal aspects of teaching at the University of Innsbruck), practical work.
Case study /practical work, feedback from colleagues, presentation of case study
Presentation of the (successfully completed) practical work / case study
Prerequisites: Ongoing employment contract at the University of Innsbruck with teaching hours of more than 20%.
