Elective Module 8: Customer Relationship Management (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: Students acquire the competence to evaluate concepts, strategies, and instruments of customer relationship management and to apply them to marketing management.
